About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to elderly and adult clients with various diagnoses including Dementia and Alzheimer's
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Assist with personal care including bathing and toileting
- Manage meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Provide companionship and engagement
- Follow client care plans and provide necessary updates
Requirements
- Registered Home Care Aide (HCA)
- Proof of negative TB test
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Authorized to work in the US
- CPR/first aid certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in caregiving or working with developmental disabilities
