Responsibilities

• Chart out detailed plans for every event in alignment with key objectives
• Execute all aspects of the event including setup, operation, and breakdown
• Promote the brand through innovative and audience-engaging activities
• Monitor event budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage vendors
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and successful events
• Resolve potential problems effectively with a solutions-driven mindset
• Coordinate with various parties for fundraising initiatives

• Proven experience in event planning and organization
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think quickly and make decisions under pressure
• Financial literacy and budgeting experience
• Understanding of audience engagement and brand promotion
• Track record in running successful fundraising initiatives
