Wedding Executive

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and confirmed wedding clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget
• Provide information about wedding packages, venues, menus, and hotel services
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and event proposals to secure bookings
• Coordinate all aspects of wedding planning including ceremony, reception, décor, and catering
• Liaise with external vendors such as florists, photographers, and entertainers
• Work closely with internal departments including banquet, kitchen, housekeeping, and front office
• Supervise wedding setup and monitor event operations to ensure smooth execution
• Manage event expenses, process payments, and handle final billing
• Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and event documentation
• Build relationships with wedding planners and travel agencies to generate business

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, Tourism, or Event Management
• 1–3 years of experience in hotel banquets, event planning, or hospitality sales
• Experience in a 5-star hotel or resort preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certification in wedding or event planning
• Arabic language skills
