Wedding and Event Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Project manage weddings and events from booking to execution and follow-up
• Act as the primary contact for couples, clients, and partners
• Plan and coordinate logistics for national and international guests
• Ensure the client's vision is translated into a seamless and memorable experience
• Coordinate suppliers, activities, transport, and accommodation solutions
• Manage timelines, schedules, and on-site execution
• Collaborate closely with hotel departments to ensure the highest guest experience
• Identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations at every step

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or project management
• Experience with exclusive events, hotel operations, or hospitality is a plus
• Documented experience driving complex projects independently
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Experience working with international clients and guests is highly meritorious
• Good understanding of budgets, calculations, and supplier management
• Ability to handle multiple parallel processes without losing structure or quality
