Website Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow and operational procedures to optimize productivity for multiple news websites and social media accounts
• Maintain and update operational trackers and editorial calendars to ensure accurate, timely content publishing
• Coordinate translation workflow tasks to support multilingual website operations
• Monitor performance analytics to generate reports documenting website and social media performance
• Ensure operational efficiency and maintain high levels of accuracy across all digital platforms

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in online publishing and content management
• Active DoD Secret clearance
• US Citizenship
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), scheduling tools, SEO, and social media platforms
• Strong English writing and editing skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
