Website Merchandising Manager

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day website merchandising across homepage, collections, category pages, navigation, and promotional modules
• Manage and optimize FastSimon functionality, including search, autocomplete, filtering, and recommendation logic
• Execute promotional updates, campaign launches, and seasonal refreshes in coordination with Marketing
• Manage product categorization, tagging, and taxonomy within the web platform
• Monitor key website KPIs including conversion rate, search conversion, bounce rate, and AOV
• Partner with developers on QA, bug resolution, and UX improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field preferred
• 4+ years of ecommerce merchandising or website operations experience
• Experience with Azure, Shopify, or similar ecommerce platforms
• Hands-on experience with FastSimon, Searchspring, Bloomreach, or similar search platforms
• Strong understanding of onsite UX and conversion optimization
• Ability to work in fast-paced, founder-led environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supplements, wellness, or health products
• Familiarity with ecommerce analytics and reporting tools
• Understanding of mobile ecommerce and customer journey optimization
