Webmastering Leader

Responsibilities

• Pilot digital activities in alignment with global strategy to ensure operational performance and content quality
• Deploy operational action plans and define key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure risk management and compliance
• Conduct active monitoring of digital and regulatory trends to drive innovation
• Lead and unite teams by prioritizing actions and developing staff skills
• Support digital transformation and change management within the organization

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in IT, Web, or Digital Marketing
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a digital or webmastering environment
• Proven experience in project management and KPI tracking
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across different departments
• Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach to change management
