Responsibilities

• Ensure the animation and update of the website, maintaining content quality and relevance
• Manage user support requests and resolve issues related to digital tools
• Design digital communication assets including mockups, visuals, and banners
• Create multimedia content such as videos, tutorials, and demonstrations to assist users
• Contribute to continuous improvement of user experience by identifying business needs
• Participate in digital transformation projects in collaboration with technical and business teams

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Master 1 program in digital, web, digital marketing, or digital transformation
• Seeking a 24-month apprenticeship (3 days in company, 2 days in training)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Proficiency in Figma
• Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS)
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
• Autonomous, curious, and proactive mindset
