Responsibilities

• Join and engage naturally in crypto-related Telegram and Discord communities
• Build genuine rapport with community members through casual interaction
• Share reports, articles, and updates in an organic, non-promotional way
• Spark discussion and drive clicks through thoughtful, well-timed posts
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy and timing
• Track community reactions and iterate for better engagement
• Stay current with Web3 trends, memes, and community culture

Requirements

• Based in Ho Chi Minh City and able to work onsite full-time
• Fluent in English, especially written communication
• Deep understanding of crypto culture and group dynamics
• Naturally social with strong ability to read the room
• Creative and strategic with a subtle approach to engagement
• Bonus: experience in community management, crypto Twitter, or viral content creation
