Web3 & Digital Assets Analyst

Responsibilities

• Track Web3 trends, DeFi protocols, and tokenization frameworks
• Build comparative analyses of tokenomics models
• Research regulations and compliance for digital assets in regions such as Singapore and the UAE
• Support tokenomics design, partner diligence, and whitepaper drafting
• Work with internal product, BD, and tech teams on go-to-market strategy
• Engage with Web3 protocols, DAOs, and liquidity providers
• Evaluate potential Layer 1 / Layer 2 chains, custody, and smart contract solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics
• 2+ years of professional work experience
• Deep interest or hands-on experience in Web3, DeFi, or digital assets
• Knowledge of token standards including ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-3643
• Understanding of Real World Assets (RWAs), on-chain credit, and decentralized finance models
• Ability to work independently in a high-speed, high-ambiguity environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Solidity programming
• Experience with governance or active DAO involvement
