Web User Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve user experience across IT service platforms and websites
• Collect, interpret, and report on user experience and service data
• Create clear and engaging materials including presentations, visuals, and web content
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in IT services and propose improvements
• Analyse statistical data related to IT services usage
• Maintain an inventory of IT policies impacting DG ITEC systems
• Prepare monthly reports based on CRM feedback
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT)

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of post-secondary education or equivalent
• Good command of English and/or French
• Experience in digital communication and web environments
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to create documentation and deliver presentations
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of accessibility principles in digital environments
