Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US and UK markets
- Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US regions
- Manage and close calls effectively
- Process payments through various digital gateways
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
- Ability to handle payment processing and call closure
- Immediate availability to join
- Experience required (Freshers not applicable)
