Web Experience Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global web experience strategy, governance, and roadmap for the Energy Division's digital ecosystem.
• Drive UX, information architecture, accessibility, and performance standards across web platforms.
• Lead SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic growth.
• Manage divisional web releases in collaboration with IT value streams and the wider marketing organization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Analytics to align web priorities.
• Own web performance dashboards and benchmarking to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Science, Computing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing large enterprise web ecosystems (B2B and/or B2C).
• Strong literacy in Technical SEO, Information Architecture (IA), and User Experience (UX).
• Proficiency with GA4 or Adobe Analytics and tag governance.
• Documented experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering growth in organic traffic and priority search rankings.
