Web Development Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Manage daily content publishing across RX websites and platforms, including blogs and e-commerce sites.
• Execute SEO re-optimization by managing title tags, image tags, keywords, and fixing broken links.
• Monitor and report on website performance and PPC initiatives using Google Analytics.
• Perform quality assurance checks on pages, forms, and components to ensure brand and UX consistency.
• Conduct regular UX reviews to improve navigation, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Support new website builds, including layout setup, configuration, and testing.
• Handle form creation, integration, and testing across various digital platforms.
• Provide data extraction and insights generation to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in web development or digital analysis.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CMS migrations and enterprise-level web environments.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools to technical workflows.
• Experience in performing A/B testing and usability testing.
