Web Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and produce media elements and interactions for adult learning solutions
• Create and maintain Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), online courses, and training portals
• Develop graphics, visuals, and video projects for print and online consumption
• Research, design, and implement media products in support of training courses
• Maintain code, processes, and documentation for continuity of operations
• Ensure all products comply with accessibility (Section 508), privacy, and copyright requirements
• Support in-class learning technologies and general photography needs

Requirements

• Active security clearance with polygraph
• Experience in a training environment
• Experience with Joomla site design and administration
• Experience developing WBTs, e-learning solutions, or websites
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, After Effects)
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS
• Experience with Adobe Captivate
• Experience using JIRA or similar IT ticket tracking systems
• Experience creating print products like posters and presentation materials

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or Multimedia Development
• UX/UI Ability Certification
• Experience with JavaScript (JS)
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D animation
• Experience with video production and general photography
• Experience with SharePoint or similar document management platforms
