Web Developer & Digital Specialist

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain company websites using WordPress and cPanel, ensuring functionality, security, and performance.
• Manage website patching, plugin updates, and third-party integrations in coordination with IT and GRC teams.
• Configure and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing to execute email campaigns, segmentation, and automation workflows.
• Manage social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube, including content scheduling and paid campaigns.
• Develop digital brand assets and video content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Track and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics using Google Analytics and SEO best practices.
• Ensure all digital platforms and marketing tools comply with corporate IT security and privacy policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing technology, web management, or CRM administration.
• Proficiency in WordPress, cPanel, and DNS configuration.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, SEO principles, and UX/UI best practices.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar digital asset creation tools.
• Must be a UAE National.
