Web Developer

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and optimization for web products, infrastructure, and code management
• Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver best-in-class user experiences for internal and external partners
• Maintain high levels of data security and privacy using pioneering security tools
• Proactively monitor and test internet sites to prevent security issues or system downtime
• Operate within JIRA Agile frameworks to manage tasks and adjust priorities based on business impact
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation for all code and system updates
• Work within a distributed team environment requiring flexible hours across various time zones

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of strong proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and Drupal
• Proficiency in PHP and basic JavaScript
• Strong understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based environments
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD frameworks
• Experience using AI code assists (e.g., Cursor AI, Claude Code, Co-pilot) and basic Prompt Engineering skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the travel industry
• Experience with Java or Node.js
