Web Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and ship marketing pages, landing pages, and campaign sites that reflect Profound's brand
• Partner closely with front-end and design engineers to take work from concept to production
• Design with real components and constraints in mind, working within the web design system
• Prototype interactions and page-level motion, handing off specs to engineering
• Own web design end to end for key initiatives, from homepage updates to product launch pages
• Collaborate with brand and product marketing to translate briefs into high-conversion experiences
• Continuously audit and refine the existing site for craft and consistency

Requirements

• Proven ability to work with full autonomy from concept to shipped page
• Strong command of web design fundamentals: layout, type, grid, and hierarchy
• Portfolio demonstrating a high bar for craft on real, shipped websites
• Fluency in Figma and AI tools
• Experience working closely with front-end and design engineers
• Ability to move fast and deliver high-quality work on short timelines
• Strong communication skills to articulate creative decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on HTML/CSS skills
• Experience working with component-based design systems
