Web Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of marketing pages, landing pages, and growth surfaces
• Create and own the CMS design system, including templates, components, and patterns for self-serve page creation
• Partner with Growth and Product Marketing to translate business goals into high-converting designs
• Collaborate with Brand to maintain visual consistency across all web touchpoints
• Work closely with front-end engineers to ship high-quality pages and manage the migration off Framer
• Apply strong principles of layout, typography, motion, and interaction design

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of web and marketing design work (landing pages, campaign pages, etc.)
• Excellent visual design skills with a focus on brand, typography, and composition
• Experience designing for CMS and templating systems to build scalable page systems
• Ability to balance conversion goals with high-quality design craft
• Proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
• Background in brand or marketing design at a consumer tech company
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
• Motion design skills for web interactions and micro-animations
