About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for the web development team
- Work closely with Engineering, UX, and senior stakeholders to ensure effective and pragmatic delivery
- Drive the delivery of initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Build a strong understanding of owned systems and their integration across the business
- Explore and consider AI capabilities within the delivery process
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technology Delivery Manager or similar role
- Experience working within an agile environment
- Ability to drive end-to-end delivery of web-based initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills
