Web Content Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy and execution of building and publishing marketing site pages for assigned vertical and functional areas.
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to Content Specialists on CMS best practices and capabilities.
• Partner with UX, testing, and personalization teams to improve customer journeys and optimize conversion rates.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to align website content with organizational and school-specific goals.
• Lead new program launches, paid media landing pages, and event-specific web experiences.
• Monitor page analytics and collaborate with the analytics team to understand user behavior and optimize site flows.
• Strategically design site directory structures to support future growth and resource efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• 6+ years of experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• 5+ years of experience in website management, including driving conversion improvements and SEO performance.
• 5+ years of experience in website content strategy.
• Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Proven track record of optimizing customer journeys and improving on-site conversion rates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in higher education.
• Working knowledge of HTML or markdown.
• Master's Degree in a related field.
• Experience with VWO, Optimizely, or Tealium.
