Web Content Strategist

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to audit existing content, identify gaps, and recommend improvements based on user insights and SEO best practices
• Develop and implement content strategies that support website goals, user journeys, and brand messaging
• Create and manage content frameworks, templates, messaging hierarchies, and page-level content plans
• Use data and analytics to evaluate content performance and guide iterative improvements
• Own and manage on-domain merchandising calendars and strategies by planning and coordinating content placements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, digital content, or web editorial roles
• Knowledge of content strategy methodologies, SEO, user behavior, digital marketing, and accessibility
• Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design in content strategy and content lifecycle management
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
