Web Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the growth marketing blog from ideation through research, writing, editing, publishing, and performance optimization.
• Define and manage a monthly and quarterly web content calendar supporting integrated marketing campaigns and SEO/GEO/AEO initiatives.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop original content including blog posts, white papers, infographics, and landing pages.
• Conduct SEO and LLM user research to identify content opportunities, search intent, and competitive gaps.
• Build and operate a repeatable content production engine to improve speed, quality, and governance.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows to accelerate research, drafting, and repurposing while maintaining editorial accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, PR, and Design teams to align messaging and strategy.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in web content production, content marketing, or editorial operations.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex subject matter into engaging content.
• Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals, content strategy, and performance measurement.
• Proven experience partnering with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing and implementing repeatable AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.
