Web Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the website content strategy aligned to fan needs and business priorities
• Own the editorial calendar and content pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content
• Lead planning and coordination of content initiatives across functional teams
• Translate business priorities into effective content experiences like landing pages and site updates
• Oversee content execution in partnership with the Website Manager and Bilingual Content teams
• Incorporate SEO best practices and use search insights to optimize content performance
• Analyze content performance and user behavior to refine strategy
• Collaborate with design and digital teams to align content with the user experience
• Support major launches and contribute to scalable content workflows and governance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Journalism or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital content strategy, web content management, or editorial roles
• Proven experience developing and managing content strategies and editorial calendars
• Strong understanding of SEO, content optimization, and search-driven user behavior
• Experience working within CMS platforms, preferably enterprise-level
• Experience collaborating across marketing, product, and analytics teams
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
