Web Consultant

Responsibilities

• Call clients to generate leads and gather specific project requirements
• Promote and sell the company's full-stack development and digital marketing services
• Identify potential prospects and up-sell additional products as needed
• Transfer interested leads to senior team members for closing
• Use CRM software and databases to track progress with new prospects
• Report weekly sales goals and objectives to the Team Lead

Requirements

• Exceptional client handling and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in business communication for interacting with international clients
• Ability to work US night shifts
• Willingness to relocate to Kolkata within 5 days if currently outside the location
• Graduate or Undergraduate degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Customer Care Executive (CCE), Customer Service Associate (CSA), Lead Generation Executive, or IT Sales Executive
• Prior experience working within the IT and Web Solutions industry
• Ability to join immediately or within a 10-day notice period
