Web Consultant

Responsibilities

• Call clients to gather and generate requirements from leads
• Sell company services and showcase solutions using product knowledge
• Transfer interested prospects to senior team members
• Identify up-selling opportunities as client needs arise
• Use CRM and databases to track progress with new prospects
• Report weekly sales goals and objectives to the Team Lead

Requirements

• Exceptional client handling skills
• Fluency in business communication for interacting with international clients
• Ability to work the US night shift (8 PM to 5 AM)
• Must be willing to relocate to Kolkata within 5 days
• Graduates or undergraduates are eligible to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Customer Care Executive (CCE) or Customer Service Associate (CSA)
• Background in Lead Generation or IT Sales
• Prior experience working within the IT and Web Solutions industry
