Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support for US and UK markets
- Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US regions
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
- Drive sales through website selling campaigns
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
- Proven ability to close calls and handle payment gateways
- Ability to join immediately
- Experience in support processes
