Web and Digital Content Strategist

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain website and portal content across university platforms
• Optimize digital content using SEO best practices and analytics to drive engagement
• Develop diverse digital assets including web pages, landing pages, and internal communications
• Utilize approved AI tools to enhance content quality and workflow efficiency
• Ensure all digital content meets accessibility standards and university guidelines
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend strategic improvements based on data
• Partner with various departments to support institutional marketing and communication goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in web content, digital communications, or SEO
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
• Experience working with CMS platforms and analytics tools

• Previous experience working within a higher education environment
