Weaving Operator

Responsibilities

• Manage creel and smartcreel operations by correctly placing bobbins to guide yarn colors to the loom
• Set up and operate weaving machines using computer interfaces
• Perform quality control by inspecting designs and detecting or correcting errors
• Maintain versatility across different workstations within the weaving department

Requirements

• Relevant experience as an operator in a production environment
• Fluency in Dutch (speaking, reading, and writing) as it is the primary language of the company
• Proficiency with computers
• Ability to work a rotating three-shift schedule (early, late, and night shifts)
• Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and ability to work independently
