About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and deepen relationships with affluent and High Net Worth clients to increase wallet share.
- Anticipate complex financial needs and offer holistic solutions through a wide range of products, services, and tools.
- Provide high-touch engagement, including face-to-face meetings and consistent communication.
- Proactively source and acquire high-value customer relationships by maximizing sales and service opportunities.
- Refer opportunities to segment partners, such as Lending Consultants, Financial Advisors, and Small Business Partners.
- Manage client follow-up and ensure strict adherence to all Regulatory, Compliance, KYC, and AML operating procedures.
- Register as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required by the SAFE Act.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience in a relevant financial role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Current US FINRA Registration: SIE, Series 6, 63, and 65 OR Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent).
- Insurance Group 1 requirement.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using financial planning software such as Money Guide Pro or NaviPlan Select.
- Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies.
- Proven ability to work as a self-starter and goal-oriented team player.
