Wealth Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients through relationship-driven wealth advisory
• Acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships to increase Assets Under Management (AUM)
• Provide investment advice and distribute wealth management products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and Fixed Income Products
• Understand clients’ financial goals, risk profiles, and investment objectives to offer customized wealth solutions
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable investment strategies
• Drive revenue generation through advisory and investment product distribution
• Ensure high levels of client engagement, retention, and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal product, research, and investment teams
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory
• Minimum 3 years of tenure in the current organization
• Experience handling HNI, UHNI, and NRI clients
• Expertise in Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and Fixed Income Products
• Currently managing an individual AUM of ₹100 Crore or above
• Average client ticket size of ₹1 Crore or higher
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio management
• Proven client acquisition and relationship management skills
• Stable career history with limited job changes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Private Banks, Wealth Management Firms, or Family Offices
• Strong existing network of HNI/UHNI clients
• Certifications such as NISM, CFP, or CFA
