Wealth Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and deepen relationships with affluent and High Net Worth clients to increase wallet share.
• Anticipate complex financial needs and offer holistic solutions through a wide range of products, services, and tools.
• Provide high-touch engagement, including face-to-face meetings and consistent communication.
• Proactively source and acquire new high-value customer relationships through referrals and lead conversion.
• Partner with segment specialists, such as Lending Consultants and Financial Advisors, to meet client goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory, compliance, KYC/AML, and operating procedures.
• Manage risk by applying sound ethical judgment and driving compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and financial planning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Current US FINRA Registration: SIE, Series 6, 63, and 65 OR Series 7 and 66 (or ability to meet requirements within 150 days).
• Valid Life insurance license (or ability to obtain within 150 days).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using NaviPlan Select or similar financial planning software.
• Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies.
