About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and deepen relationships with affluent and High Net Worth clients to increase wallet share.
- Anticipate complex financial needs and offer holistic solutions through a wide range of products, services, and tools.
- Provide high-touch engagement through face-to-face meetings, consistent communication, and client events.
- Proactively source and acquire new high-value customer relationships by maximizing sales and service opportunities.
- Partner with segment specialists, including Lending Consultants and Financial Advisors, to meet client goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory, compliance, KYC/AML, and operating procedures.
- Appropriately assess risk in all business decisions to safeguard the firm, its clients, and its assets.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience in a relevant financial services role.
- Strong analytical and financial skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Current US FINRA Registration: SIE, Series 6, 63, and 65 OR Series 7 and 66 (or ability to meet all requirements within 150 days).
- Insurance Group 1 certification (or ability to meet requirements within 150 days).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using financial planning software such as Money Guide Pro or NaviPlan Select.
- Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies.
- Proven ability to work as a self-starter and goal-oriented team player.
