About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and deepen relationships with affluent and High Net Worth clients to increase wallet share.
- Anticipate complex financial needs and offer holistic solutions through a wide range of products, services, and tools.
- Provide high-touch engagement, including face-to-face meetings and consistent communication.
- Proactively source and acquire high-value customer relationships by maximizing sales and service opportunities.
- Refer opportunities to segment partners such as Lending Consultants, Financial Advisors, and Small Business Partners.
- Manage client follow-up and ensure strict adherence to all Regulatory, Compliance, KYC, and AML operating procedures.
- Partner with the branch team to ensure a positive client experience while appropriately assessing risk and safeguarding firm reputation.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Required current US FINRA Registration: SIE, Series 6, 63, and 65 OR Series 7 and 66 (or must meet all requirements within 150 days of starting).
- Insurance Group 1 certification required (or must meet all requirements within 150 days of starting).
- Ability to register as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using financial planning software such as Money Guide Pro or NaviPlan Select.
- Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies.
- Proven ability to work as a self-starter and goal-oriented team player.
