About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, and deepen relationships with affluent and High Net Worth clients to increase wallet share.
  • Anticipate complex financial needs and offer holistic solutions through a wide range of products, services, and tools.
  • Provide high-touch engagement, including face-to-face meetings and regular communication, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proactively source and acquire new high-value customer relationships through referrals and networking.
  • Partner with segment specialists, such as Lending Consultants and Financial Advisors, to meet client goals.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory, compliance, KYC/AML, and operating procedures.
  • Manage client follow-ups and organize client events to enhance relationship bonding.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in wealth management or a related financial field.
  • Strong analytical and financial planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Required current US FINRA Registration: SIE, Series 6, 63, and 65 OR Series 7 and 66 (or must meet requirements within 150 days).
  • Insurance Group 1 certification required (or must meet requirements within 150 days).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using financial planning software such as Money Guide Pro or NaviPlan Select.
  • Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and goal-oriented team player.
