Wealth Regulatory Reporting Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of non-financial regulatory reporting to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Design, implement, and monitor a strong control framework, including post-submission validation and issue management.
• Lead strategic initiatives to drive standardization, automation, and process optimization within the reporting ecosystem.
• Manage and mentor a team of VPs, AVPs, and Analysts, overseeing performance management and career development.
• Act as a key liaison for senior stakeholders in Compliance, Risk, and Technology, as well as external regulators and auditors.
• Represent the function in senior governance forums, presenting reporting metrics and remediation updates.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Operations, with specific expertise in the regulatory reporting space.
• Proven track record of leading teams within a large, matrixed organization.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and operational processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and workload management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and an understanding of AI and Data Science principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in transactional regulatory reporting.
• Proven ability to influence and drive change in a cross-functional environment.
