Wealth Regulatory Reporting Operations AVP

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit complex non-financial regulatory reports for various jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform advanced post-submission validation and analysis to identify and resolve reporting issues.
• Oversee and enhance the control framework, including MCA, audits, and procedure updates.
• Drive process improvement projects to streamline operations, mitigate risks, and enhance documentation.
• Develop business requirements for system enhancements and manage their implementation.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Technology partners to support integrated reporting solutions.
• Act as an escalation point for junior analysts and provide coaching and training.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Operations, specifically within a regulatory reporting environment.
• Deep understanding of transactional regulatory reporting, operational processes, and controls.
• Proven experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with data automation and analytics tools such as Xceptor or Alteryx.
• Understanding of prompt development for AI tools.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
