Wealth Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding basic questions, account access, and reports
• Support client service activities including paperwork, money movement, and account maintenance
• Provide overflow support for client onboarding and documentation
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for onsite and virtual client meetings
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and take detailed notes during client discussions
• Gather and organize client financial data including assets, liabilities, income, and expenses
• Enter client information into financial planning software and prepare initial plan drafts
• Assist in developing financial projections and "what-if" scenarios
• Research portfolio holdings, performance, fees, and asset allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Planning, or a related field (or completion within 6 months of hire)
• Internship experience within a financial planning or wealth management organization
• Commitment to pursuing the Series 65 license within a defined timeframe
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in pursuing the CFP designation
• Familiarity with financial planning software such as eMoney, Holistiplan, or Nitrogen
• Foundational knowledge of wealth management processes and investment vehicles
