Wealth Organization Senior Expert

Responsibilities

• Design the end-to-end Wealth operating model across business, product, and support functions
• Define decision rights, escalation frameworks, and establish effective governance forums
• Drive alignment across business, tech, risk, and operations to ensure ecosystem integration
• Oversee delivery across transformation streams and resolve cross-functional blockers
• Transition the model from project mode to sustainable BAU operations
• Engage senior stakeholders and executives to drive consensus across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field
• 12–15+ years of experience in banking, wealth management, consulting, or large-scale transformation
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or operating model initiatives
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management business models and banking governance
• Experience in organizational design and strategic program delivery
• Expertise in operating model design, governance frameworks, and transformation management

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree
