Wealth Mortgage Specialist

Responsibilities

• Originate and structure complex mortgage solutions for high-net-worth and affluent clients in Singapore.
• Provide expert advice on mortgage products, financing structures, interest rate strategies, and the local regulatory environment.
• Collaborate closely with Client Advisors to integrate property financing into clients' broader wealth management strategies.
• Drive the end-to-end mortgage sales process, from initial consultation through to approval and closing.
• Manage and deepen client banking relationships by acting as a specialized mortgage authority within a holistic wealth framework.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance, risk management, and internal policies to safeguard the firm's reputation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success in mortgage sales or property financing within the Singapore financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the Singapore property market, including financing structures and regulatory landscapes.
• Strong conceptual understanding of wealth management principles and financial planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with sophisticated clientele.
• Proven ability to structure bespoke financial solutions and drive outcomes in a competitive environment.
