Wealth Manager

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by connecting High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and institutional investors with real estate opportunities in the KSA market
• Coordinate with marketing to generate, qualify, and close leads for investors seeking KSA real estate assets
• Seek key partnerships with investment institutions, banks, and agencies to ensure a steady stream of potential buyers
• Conduct roadshows, PR events, investment forums, and conferences to present available real estate assets
• Act as an end-to-end advisor for clients, managing the investment experience and consulting on exit strategies
• Advise investors on immigration and visa-related processes to ensure seamless transactions
• Represent Bayut on special commercial, regulatory, or financial projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field
• 5-10 years of experience in sales or partnership management
• Proven track record of working with High Net Worth Clients
• Proven experience as a commercial sales executive with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
• Deep understanding of real estate sales, market products, and commercial avenues
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
