Wealth Management Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Support and execute marketing strategies and annual marketing plans for the Wealth Management business
• Assist Wealth Advisors with lead generation programs, including programmatic advertising, social media, and email drip campaigns
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including website content, digital/print ads, newsletters, and presentation decks
• Manage day-to-day social media marketing efforts, primarily focusing on LinkedIn
• Support event management, including invitations, RSVP tracking, and logistics for webinars and in-person events
• Maintain marketing databases and systems, specifically Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Pardot
• Assist in preparing thought leadership content such as articles, videos, and podcasts

Requirements

• Four-year degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing or communications experience
• Experience in wealth management, financial services, or asset management
• Proficiency in digital and social media marketing (LinkedIn and Instagram)
• Experience with Salesforce FSC or Pardot/Account Engagement
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and website content maintenance
• Strong project management and written communication skills
