Wealth Management Fall Intern

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the branch by greeting visitors and managing the reception area
• Provide administrative support including boardroom scheduling, mail distribution, and courier management
• Assist with operations by updating client data, scanning documents, and maintaining files
• Support branch management and investment advisors with day-to-day operational tasks
• Contribute to defined projects and document or upgrade existing procedure manuals
• Develop product and service knowledge and competence in departmental tools

Requirements

• Must be returning to school after the work term or require the term for graduation
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide professional, warm, and friendly client service
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Interest in the Canadian investment landscape
