About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Investment Counsellor with daily portfolio maintenance and administrative activities
- Identify, investigate, and resolve client inquiries and administrative errors
- Ensure trades are processed accurately and on a timely basis
- Manage account opening documentation and maintain client cash flows and balances
- Maintain records and files and attend client meetings as required
- Proactively assist with the management of client appointments and scheduled calls
- Stay current with all RBC Policies & Procedures
Requirements
- Currently studying towards a University Degree
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively under high pressure
- Must be returning to school after the work term or require the term as a mandatory component for graduation
Preferred Qualifications
- Current enrollment in CSC, CPH, or CFA programs
