Wealth Management - Asia Strategic Equity Solutions - Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Institutional Market Specialists team, focusing on concentrated stock and derivatives financing solutions.
• Deliver high-touch advisory and coverage to top institutional clients in Asia, providing market insights and risk management.
• Collaborate with Private Banking and Investment Banking teams to deliver integrated, cross-divisional solutions.
• Identify potential clients for the IMS coverage model and assist in onboarding new relationships.
• Prepare execution-ready, suitability-compliant proposals and presentations for clients and management.
• Contribute to the development of new products and platform enhancements based on market needs.
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory, risk, operational, and due diligence standards.

Requirements

• University degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in concentrated stock disposal, hedging, and derivatives financing from trading, sales, and risk management perspectives.
• Strong understanding of market risks regarding pricing and execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics with strong quantitative skills.
• Excellent client management and communication abilities.
• Solid knowledge of local regulatory policies and relevant professional licenses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking or private-side structuring for ultra-high net worth entrepreneurs and family offices.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to support clients and stakeholders in China and other regional markets.
