About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Fiduciary Officers by managing service-related activities including money movement, distributions, and account maintenance.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and advisors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide high-level service.
- Prepare client documentation such as proposals, service agreements, and implementation forms while adhering to compliance standards.
- Perform data analysis to interpret trends in market, product, or client information.
- Provide product expertise regarding the Trust line of business, including understanding roles like Grantor, Trustee, and Beneficiaries.
- Assist with office operations, including coordinating client meetings, mail handling, and managing office supplies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in Trust, Banking, Sales, Customer Service, or Operations.
- OR a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in Trust, Banking, Sales, Customer Service, or Operations.
