Wealth Banker

Responsibilities

• Promote and effectively sell the range of Wealth Banking products and services offered by BBVA Group.
• Permanently grow the portfolio of profitable clients within the Wealth segment.
• Manage assigned client portfolios to increase loyalty through the sale of diverse products and services tailored to their needs.
• Design customized investment portfolios for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) by planning appropriate management strategies.
• Act as a liaison between clients and various financial and non-financial business areas.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and maintain updated files for all assigned clients.
• Provide strategic recommendations for wealth management based on the BBVA Outperformance Model.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• AMIB Figure 3 Certification with CNBV authorization.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Wealth Banking or the financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of investment models, investment funds, and wealth, private, and mortgage credit.
• Proficiency in banking accounting, foreign exchange, derivatives, and macroeconomics.
• Mastery of investment price administration tools (PU price module and foreign module).
• Proven negotiation, objection handling, and customer service skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
