About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide advisory-based sales and relationship management to attract, retain, and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) client relationships.
- Develop and execute business development strategies and sales targets for the assigned region.
- Act as the primary Relationship Manager, leading annual client reviews and creating comprehensive financial plans and proposals.
- Build internal and external networks, collaborating with subject matter experts, attorneys, and accountants to deliver holistic advice.
- Proactively identify client needs and facilitate resolutions to complex financial issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to risk and compliance processes to safeguard client assets and maintain privacy.
- Analyze data and market trends to provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in wealth management or a related field.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience working with High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients.
- Deep knowledge of wealth management products, services, and industry regulations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA certification.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
