WCM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to maintain and improve the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) lean production system
• Drive factory performance and KPI improvements through continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide support for continuous improvement projects and teams
• Deliver knowledge and training to employees to enhance continuous improvement capabilities
• Coach, follow up, and audit the quality of continuous improvement work
• Work with global colleagues to support the ongoing enhancement of the WCM system

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical fields
• Good English proficiency (CET-6 or above)
• Strong computer skills
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
