Wayfinder Category Marketer

Responsibilities

• Own category positioning and build comprehensive go-to-market plans
• Conduct deep customer research and competitive intelligence to drive differentiation
• Translate technical product features into compelling customer benefits
• Create sales enablement tools and assets to help the sales team win
• Manage launch readiness and own category messaging across all channels
• Support product development by providing actionable market feedback
• Measure and report on category marketing performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in product marketing or category marketing
• Strong writing, messaging, and communication skills
• Expertise in competitive research and market analysis
• Experience with sales enablement and go-to-market planning
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to simplify complex technical details for target audiences
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in RV, powersports, outdoor, automotive, marine, or durable goods industries
• A customer-first mindset with comfort working closely with sales teams
